We guarantee our leather products to be free from defects in workmanship and construction. We stand 100% behind everything we make. If you experience any issues with your product caused by regular use or wear due to a manufacturing or construction defect, we will be happy to repair or replace it free of charge. Shipping charges are not included.

As stated at the time of purchase, leather is a natural material and may display unique markings, scars, or texture/color variation — these are natural characteristics, not defects, and are sold as-is. This warranty does not cover natural leather characteristics, normal cosmetic wear (patina development, color change from use or sunlight), elastics, custom/personalized items, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.
