Made to Order
At People’s Victory Leather Co. , all of our goods are handcrafted and made to order in the order they are received. Because of this, please allow 6–8 weeks lead time for your item to be made. If hides need to be specially ordered, please allow an additional week and a half for delivery. Lead times are estimates and may be extended during holidays, sales, or for newly launched products.
Please keep in mind that leathers may occasionally be sold out at the supplier level or on order for restock. In these cases, lead times may be extended beyond our standard estimate while we wait for materials to arrive. We will do our best to communicate any significant delays as soon as we're aware of them.
We currently ship within the United States and its territories only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
The shipping timeframe selected at checkout begins once your item is made and handed off to the courier — not when your order is placed. All orders will include a tracking number once shipped. Once your package is in the hands of the courier, People’s Victory Leather Co. is not responsible for any unmet shipping speed expectations. Any claims regarding shipping delays will need to be made directly with the courier.
